United Kingdom : In a first, Indian Sports Fan UK Operations Head , Kuldeep Ahlawat, receives “Excellence Award for Sports Community & Social Service” at the British Parliament for continuous contribution towards sports & social service in United Kingdom. The event being organized by the Confluence Foundation, from 26th to 28th September is aimed at commemorating the 150th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi celebrating India diaspora on the British grounds.
Speaking on the historic moment from British Parliament, Mr. Kuldeep Ahlawat resonated, “I am humbled that my work in the development of sports fans is being recognized and appreciated at this level. It is certainly first of a kind honor for India. With this, I congratulate all the members of Indian Sports Fan community and promise to contribute continuously in the coming years”.
Born in Haryana’s Rohtak, Kuldeep Ahlawat is an ardent sports fan who is consistently working towards the sports community in UK via Indian Sports Fan, India’s largest sports fan community & fan platform. With the first ‘Global Sports Fan Awards’ that awarded greatest fans from all around the world in Manchester on the sidelines of Cricket World Cup 2019 and ‘5 Decades 50 Pictures’, a hockey exhibition held during Hockey Women’s World Cup 2018, Mr. Ahlawat has been successful in garnering strong strength of Indian fans on British soil under one roof promoting Indian sports at an international level.
Presenting the second edition of Bharat Conclave by the Confluence Foundation, the event will host array of Indian cultural events & cuisines. In a bid to catalyze the business revolution opening entrepreneurial scope amidst international cohorts, hundreds of business leaders and heads of Indian businesses will become a part of the three days event including Bollywood actor Sanjay Kapoor, Founder of professional film studios, Sandeep Marwah, Maharashtra CM’s wife Amruta Fadnavis amidst many other corporate honchos and Bollywood personalities.
