Rishabh Pant trolled by Fans on Home Ground; Dhoni Chants Restored Back in Arun Jaitley Stadium

New Delhi : In an environment filled with pollution, fans struggled to take a clear glimpse of moves and reviews of Indian batsmen. Undeterred with horrific air quality index, fans thronged the Arun Jaitley stadium in good numbers. Scores of fans came to support the India Vs Bangladesh first T20.

The ground belonged to Rishabh Pant as he recollects his memories of training at Sonnet Cricket Academy. Rishabh had spent quite a lot time in Moti Bagh’s Gurudwara as he traveled from Roorkee with his mother. Delhi has a historic significance in Pant’s career graph. While Pant is still on the learning curve of his graph,  Ind Vs Ban came as a test to Pant. On a match day, with fans, cheers and air pollution present heavily in the stadium, Rishabh stumbled upon fans expectations and Dhoni was once again cheered for his quick time & wise decision making skills.

Yuzvendra Chahal’s bowling to Mushfiqur Rahim invited a review as the umpire turned down the LBW appeal against Rahim. The wicketkeeper couldn’t firm up on the decision of taking the DRS review. Rishabh could see a caught behind opportunity in the the last bowl of the tenth over. Pant convinced Rohit too for the review but India lost it eventually.

The two back to back incidents made the Dhoni roars even louder inside the stadium. Pant was jeered by the fans from inside the stadium and social media was trolling the wicketkeeper outside the stadium.
