Fans Hail the Father behind great Lionel Messi on receiving 6th prestigious Golden Shoe
Barcelona : Lionel Messi has never failed to impress his fans. From super goals to heart warming acts, Greatest of the Year, Lionel Messi is actually the lion of soccer and the Leo of his team Barcelona.
Messi recently received his Sixth Golden Shoe creating history in the sport ever. The third consecutive Golden Shoe to the soccer star took him even closer to the hall of legends. With 36 goals in 34 La liga games, 3 in Copa del Rey and 12 in Champions League, Lionel Messi dominates the Golden Shoe list of recipients.
It had to be big for the super star and so Messi decided to make it even memorable. On the glittery evening, Messi went up the stage and soon called junior Messi’s, Thiago and Mateo on to the stage. The host handed over the prestigious Golden Shoe to his sons. Thiago and Mateo both were excited too to hold the award in their hands. The stage lined up with a current legend and upcoming stars witnessed the ever historic moment. Thiago, six years old, and Mateo, four years old, handed the historic award to their father, Lionel Messi.
