Russia : The dream run of Mary Kom at the World Championship this morning turned into a disaster. Winner of seven World Championship medals, left the stadium in a huff.

The referee announced the result that left Mary Kom in shock. Hand of Turkish player, B.Cakiroglu, was raised giving a surprise to Mary who was expecting herself on the winning side. The results turned the moment of joy into shock & despair as Mary Kom left the arena soon after the bout.

The reaction of fans started pouring that called the decision unfair. The new rule introduced by AIBA on the morning of semifinal day also raised questions. The rule said, Yellow card can only be raised if the scores are 3:2 or 3:1. The morning amendments left fans and authorities in aghast as the Federation remained helpless .
