England : England’s most renowned, revered and loved wicketkeeper Sarah Taylor, today, bids adieu to international cricket after a 13 years stint. Citing health reasons leading to anxiety, Sarah Taylor announced the decision with a heavy heart.

The T20 International Women Cricketer of the Year for 2012 and 2013, ICC’s Women’s ODI Cricketer of the Year in 2014, led the team to World Cup winning podium along with World T20 Double in 2009, Sarah Taylor has been an unabashedly stupendous women cricketer in the history of international women’s’ cricket.

Three times world champion, Sarah Taylor tweeted, “In 2006 my dream came true and I beam with pride at what I’ve achieved over the years, alongside the best players and people. It is the right time for me and my health to retire, but I have loved every minute in an England shirt. Thank you to everyone for supporting me” announcing here retirement through Twitter.

Sarah, started her international career in the year 2006 scoring 6553 international runs, 232 dismissals and an unending fans list who found her poetry in her wicket keeping kept adding with her brilliant performance. However, in 2016, Sarah announced indefinite break and again made a rowdy comeback in the year 2017 with Women’s Cricket World Cup. Her journey from a junior player to a rising star to the hero who made a comeback defying the odds, enthralled the fan stands reverberating love for the England wicketkeeper. Today, when she announces the retirement, fans are all watery eyes sharing their thoughts, best moment and love for the super wicket keeper;
