Afghanistan Cricket Fan Steals limelight at Afg Vs WI Lucknow Match

8 ft. 2 inches tall fan of Afghanistan flies down from Kabul to cheer for Afghanistan

 

Lucknow : Fandom of Cricket is as huge as an endless sea. Fans of every kind make the best of moments for the players, the result and the match. Fans know no boundaries and travel from one corner of the world to the other with their savings to enjoy the match. One such Fan, Sher Khan aka Rahmatullah flew from Kabul to support Afghanistan at the Afg vs WI match in Lucknow.

The City of Nawabs known to have hosted many royalties had the opportunity to host a big fan of Afghanistan. The fan as big as eight feet and two inches with a well built body was attracting many eyeballs since his entry to Lucknow. But, Sher Khan was totally focused on the match day. He entered Lucknow and started hunting for a hotel. Surprisingly, none of the hotels was a fit for the big fan. He struggled and eventually walked up to the nearest police station to find help.

The police were amazed too to see the fan but they had to obey with their duty and hence started their struggle to find the best fit. The search for an apt hotel ended at Hotel Rajdhani in Naka. Sher Khan was relieved too to have had his space of privacy. Amidst his search, Sher Khan later confessed the awkwardness he faced during the hunt.

“As many as 200 people have come to see him. He is very disturbed,” said the owner of Rajdhani hotel.

Super Fan Sher Khan has been stealing the limelight more than the match. Reportedly, Sher Khan aka Rahmatullah is associated with the renowned family of Miakhil in Chahar, Kabul.
